Shipping is based on the total order price:

£3.50—£16.00 = Small Packet £1.75
£16.01—£32.00 = Medium Packet £2.50
£32.01—£64.00 = Large Packet £5.75
£64.01— £500 = Courier Parcel £14.00

EUROPE

Shipping is based on the total order price:

£3.50—£16.00 = Small Packet £5.50
£16.01—£32.00 = Medium Packet £7.00
£32.01—£64.00 = Large Packet £10.00 

REST OF WORLD

Shipping is based on the total order price:

£3.50—£50.00 = Standard Delivery £12.00
£50.01—£100.00 = Standard Delivery £20.00
£100.01—£200.00 = Standard Delivery £25.00

   

How long will it take to get my order?

All of our chocolate is freshly made once you order so will take 3 to 5 days to dispatch. The are average times given to us as follows. Domestic UK orders will then take  1-2 days for delivery with European and Rest of the World orders will take a further 5 to 10 days for delivery. 

Can I track my order?

We ship 1st Class Royal Mail for UK orders and this is not a tracked service. You will be given a tracking number for International orders so you can count down the days to your delivery of deliciousness.  

Where is my order?

If you haven't received your order within the estimated time for your location do not hesitate to contact us, we want you to be kicking back with your chocolate as much as you do so we will do whatever we can to make this happen. Packages do sometimes go missing, get delivered to the wrong address or held up at customs and while we don't have any control over this we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied.

Can I return my order?

Your satisfaction is our intention. We are confident in the quality of our chocolate and are certain you will love it! If you do have any concerns at all regarding your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will do everything we can to fix any problems. Refunds are offered on a case by case basis. Before issuing a refund or replacement we may ask you for further information or photographic evidence of the damage.
